Make a Day of your New Year’s Eve

Start your day by rounding up your girlfriends and heading to the best salon money can buy to get your hair done, nails done, and even get that massage you’ve always been wanting. There’s no better time for that massage than right before a night full of dancing (or the day after to cure the pain from all the dancing). Some very important advice: book in advance. You don’t want to be left doing your own hair and makeup for a night like this. Bring some inspiration photos and a photo of your dress so you can picture yourself all done up! If you are going out looking for that special New Year’s kiss, you’re going to want to look your best. And if you already know who your New Year’s kiss is going to be, why not look your best for them too!

Now let’s be real, the only way to really prepare for a New Year’s Eve party is with food. Splurge on that steak, get the extra fries, and why not, get the dessert too. Picking a good restaurant is always hard. What’s most important is to not walk into the restaurant on December 31st at 7:00 and expect to be seated, they will laugh in your face. Make your reservation well in advance if you want to have a flawless night. Talk with your friends and choose a restaurant early to avoid last minute decisions that will cause any stress on your night.
